Greenwich apartments - connected to London's hottest spots
Travelling around London from your home in our apartments, Greenwich, couldn't be easier - you're only six minutes' walk away from Greenwich railway station. Greenwich station gives you access to two vital rail routes - the national rail main line, and the Docklands Light Railway.
The main network line puts you only two stops away from London's city centre - specifically, London Bridge railway station with its connection to London Underground's Northern and Jubilee lines. It's no exaggeration to say that the Tube opens up the whole of the city for exploration. Whether you're just travelling to work, off on a shopping trip, out for dinner or taking in a West End show, all that the city offers is at your feet.
If you need to travel further afield, Greenwich Station is only 38 minutes' travel from King's Cross and St Pancras International - an important travel hub not only for connections up and down the UK, but also provides access to the Eurostar for travel into Europe.
Greenwich developments - minutes from Canary Wharf
Greenwich station also gives you convenient access to the Docklands Light Railway network (which you can also pick up from the Cutty Sark station a little further north). By jumping on the DLR, you are only nine minutes away from Canary Wharf.
Since the 1990s Canary Wharf has transformed from a former industrial dockland, to London's second major international business and finance district. Alongside this development as an important corporate centre, the area has also expanded and developed a worldwide reputation as a centre of fine shopping and dining. With a shopping centre boasting over 200 stores, bars and cafes, and restaurants serving pretty much any type of cuisine you'd care to name; it's easy to see why Canary Wharf has become such a popular destination for Londoners and tourists alike.
The Docklands Light Railway can certainly take you further than Canary Wharf, of course. In fact, in a little under 45 minutes from our Greenwich properties, it can drop you at the terminal building of London City Airport - then the world is your oyster.
South London apartments - the heart of the Thames
Greenwich has historically been at the heart of England's naval heritage, and this connection continues today with the National Maritime Museum and the Cutty Sark - a merchant clipper built in 1869 and now permanently docked at Greenwich. UNESCO have also recognised 'Maritime Greenwich' as an officially listed World Heritage Site.
Greenwich Pier still provides waterborne travel options, by river boat up and down the Thames. Want to take in a gig at the O2 Arena? You can get there in just eight minutes on the Thames Clippers river boat ... or you could always take a bus, but that does take a little longer! However you choose to travel, you can be assured that our Greenwich properties put you at the centre of a regular and convenient transport network for wherever you want to go.
